Update 62: Removed Flag Pole

I originally intended for a full cloth sim to be placed for the flag pole, like for the bike mod of mine, but I've never got it to work smoothly on the jeeps. The mod likely issue is the weird modular way that the jeeps are put together in the game files.

So at this point, after all these years, I have given up and removed the flag as they do look a bit weird being static like that.
