Changes for Foxhole update 53

I have completed the whole of the warden tank flags mod and the current version is compatible with foxhole update 53.

If you are reading this when update 53 has been released, then all the files should be available for download. Else, they are currently hidden as they will not work with any prior version of Foxhole.
