Falchion tank inventory access fix.

There was an issue accessing the inventory of the Falchion and this tempory patch, while I work on an official one, has been created to fix the issue. Make sure you have the War-WindowsNoEditor_zFalchionFlag54.pak file installed for the patch to be effective. Thanks!
