Removing the pancake mine mod.

Due to the way I created the mod and my inexperience with materials in unreal engine, I've deemed the pancake mod to be too visible at night asit doesn't properly interact with the lighting engine. It doesn't really sit right with me to keep distributing it, so I have decided to remove it, sorry.
